Lights, camera, action! Ready to make your own cinematic masterpiece? This class is an introduction to the production side of movie making.
Course Description
Students will learn the process of storyboarding and the function of various roles required to create their own short film… everything from cinematography to sound design. Pulling scenes from your favorite movies, students will experience first-hand what goes into pre-production and filmmaking. At the end of this course, students will have the ability to watch the movies they create. Whether you’re an aspiring filmmaker, a film enthusiast, or simply curious about the magic of the silver screen, this course offers a dynamic and interactive exploration into the world of film (in the heart of the entertainment capital).
