Students will learn how to effectively manage assignments, deadlines, and materials to reduce stress and enhance productivity. Through a combination of classroom instruction, practical exercises, and real-world application, students will work to improve their organization, time management, critical thinking, note and test taking, and study skills. Students will identify how to effectively set (and tackle) goals, discover techniques to stay motivated, learn tricks for improving memory, and ensure they are leveraging academic resources that are available to them. The skills acquired in this course are not only valuable for academic success but also for personal and professional growth.
