Offered for those who play a sport we do not offer, or those just looking to focus on APD (Athlete and Personal Development). Training will include training, conditioning, speed/agility work, leadership, mental toughness, and nutrition.
- PHYSICAL: Training that comprises all bio motor abilities needed for athletic performance, including strength, power, movement, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning.
- NUTRITION: Learn key fueling and hydration strategies for performance, growth, and overall health as a student-athlete.

- SPORT SCIENCE: Uses a range of performance technology combined with a data
- informed approach to help athletes identify areas of improvement and to track their progress.
- MENTAL: Build confidence, focus and determination and compete at your best on any given day.
- VISION: Learn to handle pressure, refocus under pressure, become open minded with challenges, and find ways to get past failure in a fun and competitive environment.
- ATHLETIC BODY MANAGEMENT: Reduce the potential of injury, corrective exercises, optimal training, rejuvenation of the body, massage and physical therapy.
